The warning light material utilizes an injection-molded integrated encapsulation process. It is impact-resistant, offers high light transmittance, requires no sealant, improves waterproofing and service life, and is easy to disassemble for maintenance.

The overhead cabinets are equipped with self-developed damping hinges that allow arbitrary stopping, the cabinet doors can be held at any position as needed.

The system uses medical‑grade 316 stainless steel oxygen tubes internally, offering impact resistance and anti‑aging properties. Data is collected via four high‑precision sensors to ensure real‑time accuracy of oxygen readings.Staff can directly view real‑time cylinder data on the central control panel, enabling automatic cylinder switching (manual switching is also available). The system also provides oxygen refill reminders, pressure abnormality alerts at oxygen terminals, and voice alarm functions.
The system uses a capacitive touch screen. The operation interface allows direct control of the main lighting system (simultaneously achieving three color temperatures and ten‑level brightness adjustment), interior spotlights, heating/air conditioning (with five‑level fan speed adjustment), intake/exhaust ventilation, intercom, dimmable glass, sterilization lamp, 220V inverter, exterior rear lighting, exterior right lighting, mobile network, negative pressure switch, volume switch, and other functions. It also displays real‑time data including time, cabin temperature, humidity, oxygen output data, ventilator pressure, oxygen inhalation pressure, oxygen cylinder pressure, and more. The interface is simple to operate and compatible with different usage scenarios.
The 222nm wavelength sterilization lamp cannot penetrate skin or eyes, thus preventing UV burns and eye diseases, enabling safe human‑machine coexistence. It also features functions such as time accumulation and lamp life usage indication.
Self‑developed, all‑aluminum design with an automatic locking mechanism. Enables one‑handed operation; features bottom cushioned support legs for stability and vibration damping.
